DownHole Recruitment’s mission is to supply motivated, reliable personnel to drill crews in the drilling industry. We specialize in placing diamond and RC offsiders, as well as drillers stepping into new roles, ensuring that the right people are matched to the right rigs. This approach helps to create safe and efficient sites that uphold the highest standards, while also providing valuable employment opportunities in mining job

We manage the full permanent recruitment process, from promoting your role through to screening, interviewing, and presenting a shortlist of suitable candidates. You hire the successful applicant directly into your business as part of your permanent workforce. Once hired, you manage employment requirements such as wages, superannuation, leave, payroll tax, and other statutory obligations.  

Drilling first screening: We ask the questions that matter on site (rosters, fitness, attitude, safety habits, and what you’re actually like to work with).
Quality over volume: We say no to more than we say yes. I’d rather send one candidate who’s right than ten who aren’t.
